PRC Group Ltd Ghana holds an active GoldBod Tier 2 Buyer Licence under the Ghana Gold Board Act 1140 (2025). GoldPool's Securities and Exchange Commission Crowdfunding Intermediary (CI) licence application is currently filed and under SEC review. GoldPool will not accept public investor funds until the SEC CI licence is confirmed and an official Offering Document has been prepared and filed pursuant to the SEC Crowdfunding Guidelines 2024.

Under Ghana's SEC Crowdfunding Guidelines 2024, retail investors are subject to a cap of 10% of their declared annual income per 12-month period on investments made through SEC-licensed crowdfunding platforms. Investors who qualify as Qualified Investors (declared annual income above GHS 240,000) are exempt from this cap upon written declaration to PRC Group.
