Once a pool reaches 90% of its funding target, PRC Group triggers procurement. We purchase gold from our GoldBod Tier 1 or Tier 2 licensed suppliers — verified against GoldBod's active licence register before every purchase. Each supplier's MinCom MCAS concession ID is recorded against your pool in the dashboard, giving you visibility of the exact mining concession your gold came from.

All gold procured by PRC Group is officially assayed and sealed by GoldBod before smelting — a mandatory requirement of Act 1140, not an optional certification. The GoldBod assay certificate number and seal number are recorded against your pool. After smelting at PRC Group's licensed premises, a Hyperledger Fabric blockchain ownership token is issued to your investor wallet. This token records your fractional share, the GoldBod assay certificate, the MinCom concession ID, and the pool code. It is legally valid under Ghana's Electronic Transactions Act 772.

Select cash resale — PRC Group sells the smelted gold at GoldBod's Bank of Ghana Reference Rate price, deducts a 2% platform fee, and sends your net return to your mobile money or bank account within 2–5 business days. Premium Pool investors ($5,000+) may alternatively request physical gold delivery to a GoldBod-certified vault in Accra ($12/month vaulting). Or roll your returns directly into a new pool with zero additional fees.
